We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Shop at the Heinz History Center; if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our museum shop team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in gift-shop quality condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to the Heinz History Center warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
