How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive via USPS or UPS.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada. We are looking into expanding our shipping capabilities in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Can I pick up my online order at the museum?
Yes! We offer a free 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you can collect it at the admissions desk during regular museum hours.
Are the proceeds from the shop used to support the museum?
Absolutely. Every purchase made at the Shop at the Heinz History Center directly supports our mission to preserve local history, educational programming, and museum exhibitions.
